you got a good start just use your imagination and wing it I make my own sauce with no recipe just be creative

You don't always have to use a recipe to cook something.
My best dishes are the ones I make spontaneously, using random things that I find in my pantry.
I find that canned tomatoes are best for sauces. However, you can do this:
1. Boil tomatoes, season the water with a bit of salt and garlic.
2. When they are soft, drain and let cool. Remove skins, and dice.
3. Sautee garlic, onion, tomatoes, basil, and oregano. Add some wine, and let simmer 10-15 minutes, to cook out the alcohol and reduce the wine a bit.
4. In another pan, melt some butter (preferably unsalted, the cream cheese and wine are salt enough). Add the cream cheese, and whisk until smooth (one Tbsp. of butter per 1 oz. of cream cheese.
5. Add cream mixture to wine and tomato reduction. Stir until smooth, toss with pasta, and top with fresh parmesan cheese.

sounds like a good start, but i wouldnt add the cream cheese until the very end of the cooking cycle..

heat extra virgin olive oil with some freshly mashed garlic. add your tomatoes heat tot he stage that u can mash them. add a healthy amount of basil and simmer. cool till it reaches handling temp and then blend
orgasm in a soup bowl. serve with nice green salaad tossed with some nice apple cider vinegar
