I just started bartending at a classy place so I have been wearing nice shirts to work in, the problem is that I've gotten liquor stains on some of my shirts, maybe from simple syrup or juices, sweet things? I dunno, is there something that would take them out?

Attempting to prove something without empirical evidence,
which I assume rational people accept, is like making up
one's own religion. Establishing a set of "truths" and then
adhering to them whether they have any common sense or not.

Sorry, I just think it's common sense that it can't be proven or disproven. Still waiting for empircal evidence.

Anxiously awaiting abstractions...no, make that emprical evidence. Somebody, please go back to the beginning of time and take a picture of whoever or whatever caused the big bang...That will settle it..won't it?

I'm building a custom computer online and i ran into something odd. The website has the Nvidia Geforce 7900GTX (512mb) for $444 and the Nvidia Geforce 7950GT (512mb) for $290
.....and also the Nvidia Geforce 7950GX2 (1Gb) for $574. ...this one probably costing alot more cuz it has 1 gb mem..(not sure)

so my question is, why is the 7900gtx more costly than the newer 7950gt? and what do you recommend that i buy? is the newest 7950gx2 worth its money? -thanks.

I ask her all the time what I normally do when she just simply tells me the truth, she always answers "nothing" She's 11, she really hasn't done anything crazy yet besides sneaking snacks. We have 2 other children and they think it is very "unfair" that my 11 year old gets 2 snacks and they only get one. I just don't know what I can do to stop it. It drives me nuts.

I have to cram all this school work into one night and get it all done before tomorrow and I can't find anyniformation, and I'm so upset because this is the time of night when I think about how much I miss my sister, I wish she would come back right now. And I miss my freind from last year he was such a great guy and I'll probably never see him again. Gosh my mom bugs the stew out of me sometimes. I just noticed that when I use the spell check, words are still mispelled. Like if I meant to type "nothing" but forgot the h and typed "noting", spell check doesn't pick it up because that is an acutal word. Anyone else notice this? If so, is it really fair to make fun of people's typos?
