I have to cram all this school work into one night and get it all done before tomorrow and I can't find anyniformation, and I'm so upset because this is the time of night when I think about how much I miss my sister, I wish she would come back right now. And I miss my freind from last year he was such a great guy and I'll probably never see him again. Gosh my mom bugs the stew out of me sometimes. And no this is not exactly a question but if you can cheer me up I'd greatly apreciate it.

.Sorry, I can't tell jokes and make you laugh, but perhaps this suggestion will help. Have you ever heard of compartmentalization? It means, basically, dividing your life into compartments. And there are no connecting doors between the compartments. The only way to access them is from the middle. That's where your brain is working.
One part of your mind can focus on your sister. Think about the good times you had with her. When you say she's gone, I'm assuming she has left home and begun her life as an adult, either at university somewhere or working somewhere. Think about that, and think about how happy she is, to be trying her wings. Then think about what it will be like when you see her again.
Then close the door on that room. Think about your friend from last year -- remember the fun times you had. Think about what he might be doing now. Is he going to be part of your future? Or are you pretty sure he's out of the picture? If he's not coming back into your life, think about the things you liked about him, and maybe you can start to look for another guy that has those same good qualities. Then close that door.
And your mom -- well, moms are like that at times. They love their kids and want them to be perfect. But think about the times when you've really loved your mom, when she's done something really nice or said something that made you feel good all over. Then close that door.
Now -- open the door on your school work. Really focus on it. Concentrate and really make your study time count. Take a break, then review. You can do this, because you are an intelligent young woman. And you'll have your work done in time for tomorrow.
When things bother you in future, give it a separate compartment in your mind. Think about it, think what you want to do about it, make some mental statements. Then close the door and don't let it distract you from what you have to do. Right now, school is your job, and the better you can do that job, the better your future will be.
Hope this helps. It's worked for me in some difficult times. I'd like to think that it will work for you too.

You need to realize that there are things you can't change no matter how hard you try.
But you are in control of your school work. This is something you can put all your energy into & you'll get immediate results.
I really believe by this time next year you'll be in a much better place and this period in your life will just be a bad memory.

Boy, I wish I had words to cheer you up, but all I can think of is how lousy you're gonna feel when you flunk that test, just because you couldn't get all those crazy thoughts out of your head.
You have to learn how to concentrate on the here and now; the task at hand, and leave relationships for later.
Good luck; I know you can do it!

focusing needs concentration on your part. you have to adjust to the situation that you are now. i think you are mature enough to be responsible on your studies. craming is not good and am sure of it. sometimes we think that we can do some thinks immediately. it is better to do the things that must be done ahead so that you can read what you have made and understand it. i hope you would cope up with the situation you are in now.....change some of you attitudes that leads to your failure...:)
