Depending on your internet browser...
If you use Internet Explorer 5.0 or above: At the top of the open browser page, click on "Tools" and select "Internet Options". On the "General" tab click on "Delete Cookies".
I also like to clear the history and change the saved history number of days to 0 for security purposes and clean up the stored cache on your system.
Another related item is going to the "Advanced" tab from where you are deleting the cookies and select the option on the list that says "Empty temporary internet folder when browser is closed.". This will help prevent your browser from storing these cookies offline in a temp file on your system.
If you are using Netscape Browser instead of IE, open the browser and select "Tools", "Cookie Manager", then "Stored Cookies" tab.
What uninstaller are you looking for?
Cookies are files, not programs, so you will need to delete the folder that they are stored in.
If there is a program that you want to uninstall: Go to the Start button, then select "Control Panel" and then open the "Add or Remove Programs" function and wait for it to populate the list. Once populated, you can select "change/remove" for any program and follow the steps to the uninstall wizard. This is the only way to get rid of all the components of a program, deleting from the start menu or the desktop only removes the shortcut file, NOT the program.
Hope this info helps!

I wouldn't play around with any uninstaller. Most programs can be removed via the add/remove Programs in the control panel as people have suggested. However, not every program is in that list. In that case, Find the program that you want to delete in the program list on your start menu and see if they have an option to uninstall the program from there. By the way, the disk cleanup tool DOES NOT DELETE COOKIES. It only deletes temp files and temporary Internet files and files that have been placed in the recycle bin. Cookies are text files. Follow the directions that other people have given by going through the tools button on the IE browser, then clicking on Internet Options and delete cookies button

hi, i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. which is most powerful in cookie management.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
download firefox for free:
