I am a white 40 year old male. My 15 year old daughter said the "N" word by putting the letter "A" at the end instead of an "R", to a friend. She told me everyone says it at school, white and black. I find this word to be very offensive. I told her that it might not be offensive to young people but it surely is to adults and if I hear her saying it again she will be grounded. She states it's not the same thing as the "N" word and my wife agrees. Do you find it offensive like I do? Please state your age and race when answering this question and if you have kids. Thank you.

well i had bought one to this guy i have a crush on n i hadnt put my bname on it i put secret admirer.
days passed it was the last day to buy them. n i saw a girl that i really dont have a good frienship with her she was buying one crushed can to the same guy i send one.
i got jelous n i decided to change secret admirer to my name
but now i kinda regret it now because i dont even talk to that guy.
should i talk to him before they give it to him the letter or just wait

I had 15 ear infections for the last three years. I did go to three doctors and was treated with 12 different antibiotics. I can feel every time that infection not going away after treatment. This is why it's always coming back. I'm 42 years old male, tryed everything, need some advice from somebody with simular experience.

I think she made a mistake because this hybrid car has parts that will break in a few years and it will be very expensive to fix and buy replacement parts. She's saving a ton on gas but she'll lose money in the long run because she'll probably keep the car for 10 years or more. What do you know about it or what do you think?

Hello, I am a New Zealand student in my second to last year of school. I am hoping to go on a student exchange to Italy next year. I could go for 2 months, 6 months or 1 year. I am a mature and friendly person who is looking forward to experiencing another culture.

Right now I am deciding whether to apply for for 6 months or 1 year. I would really love to get to know my host family and friends ... and would love to choose the 1 year exchange. However I am very close to my family and friends and may miss them. I know going for a year will build my confidence and would be a great learning experience.

Due to the departure times I will miss the school ball and graduation if I leave on a 6 month exchange. The year programme departs later and would give me a chance to finish off most of the school year.

I am 16 years old and I have a 5 year old brother and I like kinda take care of him like a mother. Because I pick him up from the bus stop I make sure he does homework...I make sure he brushes his teeth goes to sleep on time ect....But, Even tho I do all that my family doesn't trust me. My brother would make things up that I did to him and I would get into trouble. Even tho I didn't do it! They always beileve him. And they will never beileve me. I was never like trusted. EVER! And I just get soo frustrated I just go in my room and cry for a while. I HATE it. I get all a's and b's in school too! I am good and do everything my mom tell's me to do. I also take care of our dog. How can I get my mom to trust me and beileve me. I also, like clean the whole house too. And for example today I was washing my brother in the shower and he slipped and fell and when he got out he blamed me and now my mom won't take me shopping tomorrow and i really need some new school clothes. please help! ^_^

I would like to know what you all think the most intense battles of the Vietnam war were. I know Tet was an intense time but there were several individual battles during that time that all had unique characteristics. Please give a good argument and supporting details. If you have more than one then number them in order of most hard fought and so on please.
I would have to contend that the most intense in my point of view would have to be the hill battles around Khe Sanh, Khe sanh itself, Hue, Ia Drang, and Dak To or hill 875.

Thought I could save a couple of dollars gluing a detached sole onto the shoe, (one of my most favorites)

Guess I used too much because now there's what looks like 'nilla marshmallow yet harder than cement clumps attached to the perimeter of the sole of the shoe.

Is there any hope to "fix" the shoe?????

My house is on a busy street. most of the tirps that i make, i end up coming from the side where i have to make a left turn into my drive way. and I always end up backing up all these cars when i make a left and I get all paranoyd "what r they thinking" "do they know i'm trying to make a left and not just parked here"? even though i'm signaling, i feel bad for holding up trafic. but i have to make a left to get into my drive way. how do i stip feeling guilty?
