At eight, it is time to seek professional help. Think about what has changed in her (and your) life recently. I don't want to scare you, but this can be a sign of some deep underlying issues, such as sexual abuse, etc. Please contact your daughter's pediatrician first, and then contact a mental health professional, i.e., psychologist or psychiatrist. Good luck, and please don't punish her. She would do better if she could. We all would do better if we could, right?

It is not uncommon for children to be incontinent at night even into their teens. More likely for boys than girls but, not unheard of.

Refusing to use the bathroom suggests to me that she may have had an experience in the bathroom that might have been traumatic. If that is not the case she may have a medical condition and you should consider taking her to the doctor. Sometimes certain serious illnesses have symptoms like you describe.

Whatever you do, do not punish her for it. Clearly there is something wrong and as a parent you should support her and try to find a solution without punishing or degrading her.

I hope things work out for you both.

Put the belt in the microwave for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Grab her up by her hair, come back 320 degrees and come down with a slashing force across her behind. Now this is the part where she starts the fake Daddy Daddy cries. She's gonna cry but by God don't you break down Soldier. Tay her little Nanny up tail to pieces. Or............Go see the Doctor man. Check to see if someone has been touching her. Keep in mind also that women and kids around the way are molesters also so don't leave no rocks unturned and burn the bastard if that's the case

If she was going to the bathroom prior to this, something happened mom that is psychologically affecting her. You need to find out what that is and get to the bottom of it. It could be the slightest change that she is uncomfortable with to set that off. If she's always been this way, I'd suggest getting her into see a doctor. At 8, this is beyond normal and may be a medical condition.

This is an easy one! Since your profile says you're 16 and you say you have a daughter that's 8, it means you fathered a child before you were 8. I don't think it's your "daughter" who's full of it. I think you just like to ask stupid questions to get points. Get a life. Oh, and learn to spell.

What changes are going on in your life
look to yourself
Have you been yelling or fighting with the mother
What is your life like
Who is around your child when you are not at home
Pray over your child. Ask for blessings to come upon her.
Something is happening to disrupt her inward emotions
find out what it is.
And make sure you find out the truth,
People who smile in your face manipulate children,
Sometimes the one you love may be cruel to your child

Take her to the Doctor. Have her checked for any problems. Tell the Doctor what's been going on. It sounds like there is something up setting her.

I would attempt to gently inquire of her if anyone had touched her in inappropriate ways.
This is a common sign of molestation.
Granted this my not be the case, but you owe it to her to find out. I would also take her to the doctor, a pediatrician, and have her examined.
I truly hope this hasn't happened to your little girl, but something certainly has, and you need to find out what it was.

Definately consult your doctor. There may be more to the story than you are telling us too. Take care of your daughter, sounds like she needs a little more attention

Make an appointment for a physchologist, they will get down to the bottom of it. 8 yrs old is a little old to be peeing and pooping on yourself. Something underlying is going on, they can help you pin-point it.
