there are those who believe in his quatrains, and those who do not, if you do then prepare for the end
many have mad a books and careers out of his quatrains which are interpreted he never predicted anything, so many have made his quatrain fit current and past events and then hail him as some sort of seethe of the future. he is not. but believe if you will and be a fool like so many who have predicted the end of the world, be it popes, pastors and lunatics alike.

NOTHING will happen in 2012 as NOTHING happened in 1988 and in 1999 (or all the other dates from 1877 to 1994 when some nearly thirty different times JWs predicted the end of the world). I'll explain:
Nostradamus was not a prophet. A prophet is one who speaks for God. Nostradamus claimed to be a "seer," one who can 'see' future events. His 'real' name was "Michel de Notredame" and his family had been Jewish but converted to Catholicism and assumed the name "Notredame" which is French for "Our Lady."
Nostradamus was his Latin pen name. In case you haven't guessed by now it also means... Our Lady.
Nostradamus wrote his 'prophecies, predictions, whatever you wish to call them,' in quatrains which are simply four verse poems vague and subject to misinterpretation or 'interpretation' by those who wish to fit the event to the prediction.
Why do people even still speak of Nostradamus after his prediction for the year 1999? How soon we forget that Nostradamus predicted that in 1999: FROM THE SKY WILL COME "THE GREAT KING OF TERROR?"
What happened in 1999? NOTHING. Same as that DOOMS DAY prediction from the Eighties, "88 REASONS WHY THE RAPTURE WILL BE IN 88" What happened? NOTHING, except that the the author of 88 REASONS made some cash with his phony predictions and during his lifetime the old doctor Michel de Notradame made money publishing his quatrains.
When will people learn?

i don't be attentive to with reference to the accuracy of Nostradamus. I actually don't be attentive to if the worldwide will end on 2012. As in all prediction, there are a number of techniques wherein an incident may be synch up with a prediction and 'voila' the prediction is actual!!! at the instant, there are a number of incidents happening contained in the worldwide - as you observed...and the professional-Nostradamus are finding suggestion on a thank you to intrepret all his wordings to assist the incident and then lead us to have confidence that the arriving of the top of the worldwide. i do no longer think of I responded your question promptly yet. Ask it back in 2012 and the respond would be glaring. :) sturdy success.

No...
You are SOOOOoooooo wrong it is pathetic!
First of all, Nostradamusx did NOT, in ANY of his quatrains, use the term, numbers, etc. meaning 2012.
The "beginning" of the end, as predicted by him, was July, 1999.
As you can see, we are still here.
He did write:
"In the fields of Media, Arabe, and Armenia
Two great armies shall assemble three times
Near the Arabic shore or Persian Gulf
The Israelites on land shall tumble"
Which COULD be coming soon, if not already here..
2012 is NOT the end of the world... It is the day in which the Mayan Calender ends.
You think this is big news??
Let me give you a hint: Our calender ends every 365 days... Does that mean that on December 31, the end of the world is here?
Think about this: The Mayan calender ends on 2012, but THEY are no longer in existance.
Go get a life.

Hadn't heard that before. The Mayan calendar ends a cycle in 2012, which some believe will be the "end of the world," but it'll simply be a change to fourth density for Earth and those who are ready.

Close "nursesr4ever" Mayan calendar says it'll end Dec. 23 2010. As for Nostradamus, he was a crackpot who made about 1000 predictions, and only about 20 came true. Not a very good track record if you ask me.

The thing about Nostradamus was that all of his predictions were not always right. Yes, he did get alot of things right. But its all in interperation. He said something like: Flying pigs will kil people. (thats NOT a direct quote, but he did say flying pigs) and in WWII the masks that our airforce soldiers wore made them look like pigs.
Literally pigs didnt kill anyone. But if you interperate it like that...he did.
I dont know about that 2112 thing. There are alot of rumors about different years that the world will end in. All that 2112 meas to me now is a kick *** Rush album!

Nostradamus is a joke. anyone can write down thousands of guesses and some of them will come true, you're reading to far into his stuff. Those who say they can see into the future tell you this because they think you're a sucker.
