just hours ago, as i walked towards the barber shop and passed the church, me and my ex (4months now) saw each other... and i really blamed myself why i chose that path.... she quickly about faced and walk back in the church, and i involuntarily covered my eyes with my left hand as i walked faster to take away the pressure that i felt... i caught her in her bedroom with another man (her ex at that time) that caused the break up 4months ago...

i really felt the uneasiness when we both saw each other...
mix emotion perhaps?





can anybody explain what i was feeling??
i'm 21, she's 20

I am a widow with four kids. The oldest is EXTREMELY rebellious, and another child is mildy autistic. I have a decent job (with a college degree), but am in financial ruin due to trying to raise four kids alone, and having bills left over from my marriage. My home is in disrepair, and I cannot afford to fix it up appropriately. I have NO family (long story) and my children's fathers' family helps very little! I have gained 50 pounds since my spouse's death. On the other hand, we are all healthy (thank God). I am a member of some support groups for parents of autistic children, but is there a support group for single moms who are at the end of the rope? I need some hope, and just don't see the light at the end of the tunnel. Can anyone give me advice? I feel like such an utter failure as a parent (how I will get through the next year or two with my rebellious teen, I don't know), I am a financial failure, and have no joy in my life tending to these kids 24/7.

My daughter is 21, 4'9" and weighs 88lbs. She needs to gain "some" weight. It is very difficult for her to find pants to fit. She is "very" energetic. On the go all the time between work and classes. She "eats" lunch, dinner, and snacks at night. Not much more than coffee for breakfast. Maybe an occassional pastry. Are there any "drinks" or supplements (vitamins) she can take to safely increase her weight? Any known web sites to check? She gets so upset every time she tries to shop for clothes. Cant find zero short or 00 short jeans. Hates going in the kids dept. Thanxs!
