just hours ago, as i walked towards the barber shop and passed the church, me and my ex (4months now) saw each other... and i really blamed myself why i chose that path.... she quickly about faced and walk back in the church, and i involuntarily covered my eyes with my left hand as i walked faster to take away the pressure that i felt... i caught her in her bedroom with another man (her ex at that time) that caused the break up 4months ago...

i really felt the uneasiness when we both saw each other...
mix emotion perhaps?

can anybody explain what i was feeling??

Well, sounds like your break-up was very hurtful and embarrassing, that's no wonder you both are still feeling hurt and embarrassed at the sight of each other. I'm sure, seeing each other doesn't bring good memories to neither of you. As more time passes, these feelings will lose their "edge". Other events and emotions will take their place.

Sometimes seeing or talking to an old flame will rekindle some emotions that may have been buried for a long time. Those feelings should dissipate pretty quickly. I wouldn't worry about it, once you start hanging out with your friends and start doing thing you like you'll forget all about her again.

I'm sorry to hear that. I think that you really loved her and your not over her yet.

I'm 20 and my ex is 27 I caught him in the bed with his "best friend". I know how you feel. Just take it one day at a time.

Good luck.

it's natural to feel uneasy when you see an ex. if you loved this girl or had strong feelings for her, it makes encounters like the one you experienced very uncomfortable. it probably doesn't help that she cheated on you. that can leave someone feeling raw for awhile. don't feel bad about yourself. you didn't do anything wrong. you weren't the one who got caught cheating with their ex. the relationship is over and that gives you an opportunity to find someone who has more respect for you and themselves. keep your head and your self esteem up. time will do it's thing. good luck to you.

Hey, she was cheating on you, that is grounds for immediate breakup. She took you for granted, you don't have to feel guilty about anything!
She should be the one feeling uneasy, so next time you see her, just pretend she is another person on the street, nobody special.

Well maybe you still live her. I don't want to hurt you but i think she doesn't loves you anymore because when you really love someones you can't do things like that. So think that she is not worth it!!! Go out with friends and have fun that will help you>>

She was probably feeling very embarassed, and you probably still feel very hurt. It makes those old feelings come to the surface again when you see eachother after a period of time.

Sounds to me like you shouldn't feel bad at all. She is the ***** in this story, it doesnt seem like there is much you can do. (It's really sweet how sensitive you are about it though, doesnt sound like she deserved you.)
