I think Dreampod 9 has people that could redirect you to bronze casters. Other than that, if you're in the Montreal area, I'd go ask a McGill or Concordia (not sure about UQAM). Or I'd directly go and ask local artists where they get their pieces to.
I think Cegep de Limoilou may still have a fonderie course. I'm sure there's at least one sculpting teacher that would be knowledgable on that.

look in the yellow pages if there are any art foundries there.
Look if any university there or art school teaches foundry. If you can get into a class that probably would be cheapest and most fun.
