I've always been so curious as to what to do when a dog is about to attack... Say you're walking on the streets when a dog comes charging up, but stops... Then the dog stares at you, low to the ground, ready to make his move and attack you. (Yes, this has happened to me before. Thank God the dog was behind a fence.)
So, what are you supposed to do? If you stare him in the eyes, he'll take that as a challenge and attack you. But if you turn and run or even if you just turn your head and stop making eye contact, he'll charge and attack you anyway. So... what do you do? It's like, the second you stop making eye contact, the dog will go after you. That's what happened with the pitbull on the other side of the fence. After I looked away, he jumped on the fence like a maniac barking and snarling like he wanted to kill me, eat me, and use my bones to pick his teeth. I also tried owning him up and stood my ground (but boy was his bark loud!) and showed him I wasn't afraid, but he just kept on.

i have a bf working far from me and we meet only once a month bec. of his schedule and mine too.on wed we suppose to meet and i will take nordette (oral cotraceptive) on tuesday because that is my 5th day of period and on wed he will meet me and thursday morning leave again to work for our coming wedding.I am a first time user of this contraceptive and i am planning to staop it as soon as he left and take again when he will come back to see me.my question is,if that is my way of taking a pill do you think it could lessen the chance of preventing me from pregnancy?I don't want to take it everyday cause it's not everyday that i make love to my bf.I don't have time to see a doctor to discuss this but i hope somebody there could help me or give me an idea.thanks a lot...

They are cheaper in price than the Canon lenses that I have looked at but I don't know about their quality. I would be taking photographs to sell, so it must be a high quality lens in order for me to consider using it.

The fuel guage has no litres marking except Empty mark. It is difficult to know whetehr you have 5 ltrs or 8ltrs or 15 before you plan your trip or whether the gas station has filled in the fuel correctly. The system seems to be poorly designed. Has any one calibrated the guage, like 3marks from E is say 5 ltrs or 12`o clock positon is 14ltrs m 11`oclock position 8ltrs etc?? OR has any one fitted a digital guage[meter] for the fuel level reading??

Hi-
i'm not sure if i'm being over-sensitive or not, but i really need help with this situation.
Me and husband recently became friends with two couples, who have already been good friends from before. I'm having problems dealing with one of this couple. I liked them a lot until recently. They seem to be very pushy and always push my husband to drink more and my husband always fall for it. The wife in this couple always addresses any question to my husband even if i'm right there...My husband doesn't seem to find any problem with this and always acknowledge her. But that leaves me feeling ignored and left out from the conversation. The husband in this couple seems to be on a mission to make my husband a fond drinker. Now ofcourse leaving contact with them is not an option because my husband won't agree to it. Please help me as i'm losing sleep over it and cry almost everytime we see them.
I may just be acting over-sensitive, but please tell me how to handle this situation either way

I have been dating this guy for a while now and up to this point have been very happy with him. Lately I have been having second thoughts because he has poped the question on me. I really love him but in a way im also scared of him. I moved in with him for selfish reasons of my own and i feel it might be a mistake. I have been talking to a friend of mine that seems to think that Iv made a bad mistake. But I dont know if i should listen to him because he cares, or the fact he cares too much and would like to see me with him instead.
