1. in saat phere the serial - second marriage of brijech for becoz his first wife couldnt become a mother so her first wife's sister had been married with brijech for a child after tht he will leave him but in the story even tara's sister is making them as like dono bhaiyo mein daraar dal rahi hai in tht case saloni & nahar is just confused like we have to take any decision, they both r getting afraid with tata's sister.

Bani has decided to take divorce from Jai walia and has asked for 50% from his property. Don't take it in wrong sense. She is doing so because she came to know that Jigyasa(Jai's sister) wanted to take the whole property. By doing this Bani is facing very problem she is unable to take care of her child(Bani is pregnant) But Jai is worried about his child he doesn't allow bani to take any kind of stress.
This is nothing but love that both of them are worried for each other. Better u see this serial to get more imformation.

if u have not seen this serial from 4 months then u might not be knowing raaz of park road.the raaz of park road was that JAI WALLIA met with an accident there and the injured person was BAANI'S mother. Roshni told BAANI about this but she did not told it her own .She took the help of Sandy and by a saajish she made JAI to tell BAni about this.After that BAANI got pregnant and JIGYASA also got a tight slap from JAI because she was abusing BAANI for her pregnancy then JAI told JIGYASA that it is his child . PIYA and PUSHKAR are separated and JIGYASA with RRANBIR made the papers signed from JAI in which JAI give his property to JIGYASA .Jai do not know this till now that they had taken sign of him on that papers because RAASHI told BAANI about JIGYASA plan and BAANI found the way to save MR. WALLIA'S property. BAANI asked devorce with 50% allimany and now war between BAANI and JIGYASA is gong on and nobody knows why BAANI is doing thus accept maasi and raashi.

Brijesh married with tara's sister because tara was forcing him and there is war between nahar and brijesh.Tara just want to get a child which urvashi her sister will give her.Just this is going on here and cookie kaki is in jail still.

kasam se-: bani is trying to save jai's property from jigyasa & ranvir by filing divorce & 50% claim on property. jai is trying to win her back as he really loves bani and doesn't want her to stay away especially now when she is carrying his child.
saat phere-: nahar & brijesh have some dispute and will get seprate.

in kasam se bani and her husband fighting with each she is taking divorce from him to get his autonomy because his sister son had taken sigh on his propert and he cannot get this property if bani will take divorce from his husband
in saath phere nahar bhabi is acting very badly because her elder sister want place in her home and she dont want want to stay in that family
