this occurred one night at an ex-boyfriends house. he lived there with his parents, 2 brothers, 2 sisters. he & one brother had a metal band which practiced in one of the bedrooms. although it had a bed, no one usually slept there because of all the musical gear. i fell asleep in the room 1 night. i woke up suddenly & found a small evil looking thing sitting on my chest. it smelled like fire and death. it was smiling at me. i tried to move or scream but couldnt. i was finally able to close my eyes & somehow found the strength to move & throw it off of me. i opened my eyes and it was gone. needless to say i ran screaming from the room. when everyone asked what was going on, i told them. i was stunned to find that my boyfriend & his brother had both had the same thing happen to them in that room. this happened nowhere else in the house. also the dog refused to enter the room. does anyone have an opinion about this? real or dream? maybe a little of both?

is that normal or should i be worried. My mom tells me not to worry to much because with me (her first child) she gained 50 pounds. I have not got to much bigger anywhere else besides my stomach.

I have 500k mortgage at 6% for 10 years. I could make now an extra payment of 100k principle only. Would it be smart? Pros & cons?
Inflation affect on the mortgage?
This is commercial rental property, tax advantages of the mortgage?
Would the 100k payment be applied to the year one or the year 10? Meaning that the year 1 I am paying a lot more of interest than the year 10. Or how does that work...I am confused :-)

My thinking about this is: I could put this 100k bank and get risk free 6% interest.
Inflation is about 4 % yearly and after 10 years 500k mortgage ‘’value’’ would be about 320k because the inflation eats it away. (I hear that the inflation is much more, 4% is the ''oficial'' number??)
The main reason for my 100k payment would be to save on the interest on the year number 1, because that is when the interest payments are the greatest. And of course the sooner the property is free and clear the better. Current rent covers the yearly mortgage etc costs

what does it means when a guy can pretend good to the girl but later on change? i have a guy excolleague who i used to keep in touch with.i like him and he knows that however he already attached.thus i would not force him to be with him and what i want is just to be friend.not long ago,he asked me stop sms him for temporary and he will find me back.there is one time i tried to call him and he got pick up.however i did not speak. i do not know why he do this me whilst i have been helping him whenever he asks to.most of time i said he just using me for his own sake and he keep denying it.but now everything proven. what should i do?

A lot has been said about pacifiers but did you know that they have been proven to reduce the risk of SIDS by over 70%? That is a HUGE difference. My kids all used them and they have no ill effects now. No crooked teeth or anything like that. Also, sucking on something soothes your baby too. It helps them to learn to self-soothe, which they NEED to learn. I just wonder why anyone would not want their child to have something that could save his or her life?

completed way before it sees the light of the day.that means what you are doing now are all preplanned by god, your book has already predetermined what profession you are in, who are your parents, how many kids you have or will have or even when you will die. Things that happen, it happen for a reason. you are given a mission to complete when you are sent to this world, it may be for a good reason or otherwise. do you presume god didn't know the child who were born 40 years ago will one day become a president or chief of aterrorist group?You may argue that its your free will and your choices, but is that so? if you can't decide who your parents and siblings are, when are you born and die, accidents, good look bad look, race, and so on then, what makes you think you actually have a free will to decide what to do in your life?
