to the one who answered my question on GTA Liberty City Stories for PS2 on aircraft to freely fly.?

Question

The only aircraft I've seen are the stationary ones in hangars & passenger loading areas. These aircraft I have not been able to enter & fly (big passenger jets & turbo-props). Have you yourself
flown any aircraft in this game & at what point in the game are you able to find & freely fly them?

You can't, at any point in the game.

I've read there's a cheat for the PSP that allows you to fly a helicopter, but I don't know if it's true.
