I am a guy with long hair, and when I play soccer I wet my hair, slick it back and then change it up with the style while using a skinny headband about a cm wide. I don't use my headband right on my forehead or on my hairline though. The problem is that my headband always slips up off my head. I notice professional players with long hair have no trouble with their headband. Is there some special way to wear it or am I doing something wrong? Is there a special kind of headband i need to get? Please help, it's really annoying to adjust it every 2 minutes.

I have 4 cats, 3 females & a male. For some reason, if a towel is left on the floor somewhere she pees on it. She peed on my dads socks one night when he took them off & had them on the floor & for a couple weeks now we have been noticing the odor in the foyer & just found the source....she peed on the rug that was in front of the door, probably more than once.(we romoved lighting b/c of remodeling & style of rug it was not visibly apparent) WHY IS SHE DOING THIS???? Just an observation -- It seems that people posting here tend to ask rhetorical questions a lot more frequently than in other categories. But I don't have any solid numbers to back this up.

So, here's my question:

I have my first O/U shotgun and was wondering if there is a reason most of the guys I observe at trap league seem to use the bottom barrel as their primary barrel. Is there a reason why? My first instinct is to choke the gun to use the top barrel first and the bottom second for skeet or clay doubles. What about side by sides with screw in chokes? Like I said, this is my first double gun after a lifetime of auto's. I guess I'm alittle ashamed to ask anyone I know. Thanks!

I went to my 15 week checkup today and was offered the option to take the multiple marker test. For those of you who have been pregnant before you know what this is...

After reading the paperwork on the current accuracy statistics, I decided not to have the test performed. Part of my decision was based on hating to have blood drawn (selfish), by my main reason was that I worry about the implications of a false negative or positive. Aborting is not an option for us. We will love the baby no matter what happens.

I just wondered if any others of you made the decision not to have it done, or, if those of you who had had it done had any negative or positive feedback about it.

Since my next appointment is at 19 weeks, I will still have a window of opportunity to have the test done if I change my mind so I wanted to hear opinions of other mothers (and even mothers to be).

hi. my online friend told me that she hasn't heard from a friend in iraq in the past 2 days when they had been talking to each other each day, so she's really worried and scared about him not talking to her (she told me he has a cell phone so i guess they've been able to talk each day), so is there any advice that i can give my friend to help her deal with this?
