I find that just talking to someone, a good friend or a parent, almost always makes me feel better. Hey, it's therapy. Why do you think there's a need for psychiatrist?

do your homework. Thats what i'm doing right now. Shut your cellphone, notebook, computer and focus on your homework. Then go out for a little walk later.
