Actually, it affect everyone except 10% of the richest people in America.
The answer is yes. Normally, if the gas prce 2$/gallon, your monthly bill for gas is 200, but the gas price go up 3$, the monthly will increase 33%, you pay 300$, so the different 100$, target or wal-mart hate that because the consumers have less money to spend including the students
