i am j.p but i like making fun of mexicans(tacos) at school and people with perms and emo people.. should i stop or keep doing it??? it is fun but mean and how do i stop

Do you have a friend that tires you mentally?

I have a friend, shes really fly by the seat of her pants and just goes and goes when she pleases, NOTHING wrong with that BUT I have a schedule I stick to. So she comes over and she's like where are the kids, Im like LISTEN TO ME cause its not sinking in, for the last year and a half their nap time is at this TIME, ALWAYS!
Or she will come by when they are getting ready for bed, shes like why are they going to bed so early my kid just got up from her nap at 730pm, im like well good for you but these guys are going to bed.
Or she says she wants to meet somewhere , then changes location, or this or that. Its so exhausting, it feels like I have a 3rd child.
There are days when she calls and I just dont answer.
Do you guys have freinds like these or aquintanaces. I mean I love her and all but shes so dang forgetful or doesnt bother to remember !

Why is it when I wake up I feel much more relaxed but in the end of the day I feel really tense and anxious?

Why is it when I wake up I feel much more relaxed but in the end of the day I feel really tense and anxious? I have social anxiety and I get panic attacks everytime when I am in social situations.It made my life miseralbe I hadnt made any new friends in like 3 years. I used to be such outgoing and fun having guy, I was a live of the party. Now I can't even talk to anyone on the phone I get so nervous and panicky,go to the store,I can barely go to gas station and give money to the cashier. I am 20 and I stay home much of the time now,which makes me really depressed. But I found something out that when I wake up I am much more relaxed and less anxious than at the end of the day. But through out the day my body gets more anxious and tense,I can barely concentrate at the end of the day and I have very sensitive eyes. Is there any way to keep my self relaxed through out the day.

When I discipline my dog, he thinks I am playing with him, any advise?

He likes to bark, run around and pounce on people whom he thinks is frighten of him. He also likes to chase joggers, cyclists and vehicles. When I try to catch him, he will run "wild" and start playing "catching" with me.

Why does my arm and leg feel funny?

It started three months ago with my left arm. On the underside of my arm and armpit, I can feel something almost like a burning. It doesn't happen constantly. Sometimes throughout the day I can feel it and other times nothing. Now the inside of my leg is doing it. I feel both of them constantly for knots or something different and the only thing I have noticed is sometimes it feels like a lymph node is sore and then other times it won't be. I had some blood work done at the doctor and everything was normal except my potassium level was low. I have a hard time describing it to anyone because it is not like a pain. I can just all of a sudden feel these parts of my body and know that they are there, kind of like you can't feel your ear on your head until it hurts. I am worried obviously. If anyone could help, I would be grateful.

A woman got on a bus holding a baby. The bus driver said, 'That's the ugliest baby I've ever seen.'

In a huff, the woman slammed her fare into the fare box and took an aisle seat near the rear of the bus. The man seated next to her sensed that she was agitated and asked her what was wrong. 'The bus driver insulted me.' she fumed.

The man sympathized and said: 'Why, he's a public servant and shouldn't say things to insult passengers.'

'You're right.' She said. 'I think I'll go back up there and give him a piece of my mind.'
