You're walking down a deserted street with your wife and two small children. Suddenly, an Islamic Terrorist with a huge knife comes around the corner, locks eyes with you, screams obscenities, praises Allah, raises the knife, and charges at you. You are carrying a Glock cal 40, and you are an expert marksman.
You have mere seconds before he reaches you and your family. What do you do?
The Liberals Answer:
Well, that's not enough information to answer the question!
Does the man look poor? Or Oppressed? Have I ever done anything to him that would inspire him to attack? Could we run away? What does my wife think? What about the kids? Could I possibly swing the gun like a club and knock the knife out of his hand? What does the law say about this situation? Does the Glock have appropriate safety built into it? Why am I carrying a loaded gun anyway, and what kind of message does this send to society and to my children? Is it possible he'd be happy with just killing me? Does he definitely want to kill me, or would he be content just to wound me? If I were to grab his knees and hold on, could my family get away while he was stabbing me? Should I call 9-1-1? Why is this street so deserted? We need to raise taxes, have a paint and weed day and make this a happier, healthier street that would discourage such behavior. This is all so confusing! I need to debate this with some friends for a few days and try to come to a consensus.

1. NO. Don't we have enough problems with wars in other countries without turning on ourselves. What would be the point of the war.
2. It a poor sign if we haven't evolved enough to live and let live.
3. But hypothetically, if you wanted to have a legal divorce between the Ultra Conservatives and the Moderates, who would stay and keep the house, and who would go? Where would they go?
4. If it's not working out, just get a divorce. War is a waste of time.

Well, the Liberals are for gun control and won't be able to defend themselves. Plus, they like talking too much to actually do any fighting should they have weapons.
On the otherhand, Conservatives will include Southerners who have very good aim with guns after hunting all of their lives and have the guns to begin with......
Hmm. If there was a Civil War (which won't happen because as I said before, the liberals would rather talk), Conservatives would win....
I say lets do it!

You know, there could be. Things are pretty bad between the
two, we all know. It all happened when Democrats lost the
election and blamed it on chads, dimples, and voting machines.
When that didn't work, they all vowed they would be against
everything that Bush was for. They've kept their word and Bush
has had a fight on every single issue since he's been in office.
THis has divided the country between liberals and conservatives.
SInce Democrats want God out of school, Christmas out of trees, are friends with the ACLU and don"t want English as the
first language in America (all that voted against were Democrats)
and want to cut and run from Iraq..........I'd have to be on the side
of Conservatives. Amen.

Plus most of the military leadership would probably side with the conservatives. Most officers I've known are conservatives, and a good number of enlisted are as well.

Liberals are anti gun. True republicans are pro gun.
shouldn't be too hard to figure ouy who would win.
But that being said lets hope and pray our country never becomes that divided again.
