Someone told me recently that I would have a hard time making the switch because a bulk of my files are Macromedia and Adobe for PC. I would really like to go to Mac, but don't want a huge hassle or risk losing my client's files. Any input?

In a mental flash I see the action I desire to take but until recently have not acted upon it. Eg. I was doing some dishes and a housemate threw a spoon in to the sink, In a flash I picked up the spoon and threw it at him hard. It felt really good and I laughed to myself, then I felt bad and apologised. More and more I have these urges to hurt people who annoy me. I don't want to be a psycho. Is there a mental condition associated with this type of behaviour.
