I need to know how or where to get a drug test that can prove that someone has been clean for more than 90 days

I gave a friend money to invest in stock. I didn't have a written contract nor did I have him sign anything. The stock plunged to nothing and I lost my money. He says there is nothing he can do about the market. He wasn't working for a investment company he was just a friend. I didn't even have him put the stock in my name. Is there anything I can do? I told him I would sue him for the money I gave him but I only have a copy of the check I wrote out to him personally. I was told that once I gave him the money and with no contract he could of done what he wanted with it and that he wouldn't be obligated to pay me back either way. Due to the fact it was a verbal agreement and I left it all in his hands.

What is it with milk eggs and bread? There is a storm on the way now and this is all i see in people's cart.
If the power goes out, what are you gonna do with the milk? How will you fry the eggs? And bread? Put what on it? Toilet paper? Ha! How about some non-perishable products and a can opener for a change? I never understood this.

And I am not simply looking for the cookie-cutter answer that "it is a gateway drug." Give me a break. That's a generalization, and not backed up by a logical argument whatsoever. I have a friend who smokes daily, graduated with a 4.0 from one of the top colleges in the country, and has never had the desire, let alone the need, to experiment with more hardcore drugs. So why is this drug illegal? How is it any more dangerous to society than alcohol?

Compounding the current higher ER, hospital and environmental costs is the fact that nearly a quarter of U.S. births are to immigrants. This, according to a study in 2005, is a record higher than at the peak of the previous great immigration wave in 1910. Nearly 42 percent of those births are to mothers in the country illegally.

Do the math, and this means that 10 percent of U.S. births are to illegal aliens.

“We are heading, if you will, into uncharted territory,” said last year’s study author, Steve Camarota, director of research at the Center for Immigration Studies. “In the past, immigration was significantly reduced when it reached a similar level, but that’s not happening today.”

My foot hurts. The hurt is on the left foot, second toe. It feels like when I walk, the bone is grinding into the floor. It hurts when I pull that toe forward too. It almost feels like a cramp, but it isnt. I have no heal or leg pain. And it doesn't hurt unless i mess with it or walk on it. Any ideas?

i am having a rough time convincing myself that she likes me...When ever we talk or message each other, she is all about me, but i that is hit and miss. We just started dating and nothing is offical yet, but I am really smitten by this chick. I want to let her know, but it is so inconsistent. My childrens schools have started using fingerprinting device instead of lunch cards...our town is a very christian like town and people became very concerned with their children being marked. It even made local news. Just wondering what people think. Also it got me to thinking about the end of times too...what are your opinions...is it started now...or am I starting to worry for nothing. Mine is obviously Michigan.Michael Hart is one of the best backs when he is healthy.Chad Henne is gonna have more experience and will make better decisions.Also our defense is leaner so it should be faster and we also have a very nice kick returner in Steve Breaston.
