Mine is obviously Michigan.Michael Hart is one of the best backs when he is healthy.Chad Henne is gonna have more experience and will make better decisions. Also our defense is leaner so it should be faster and we also have a very nice kick returner in Steve Breaston.

Would you believe.......Meeeeeeechigan! Go Blue! I agree. They are going to surprise some people this year., With the coaching changes and a new attitude and a healthy Mike Hart, they should be better!

Penn State. There is a lot of turnover this year (especially on the lines), but there's enough talent here after several good recruiting classes to match up against and beat both Ohio State and Notre Dame. Tony Hunt is a good back, Derrick Williams is the most talented athlete the national press has never heard of, and the linebackers are probably the best in the nation. There are three key matchups for the Nittany Lions this season: @Notre Dame, @Ohio State, and Michigan. If the Lions win two out of 3, they are probably headed to a BCS bowl. If they win all 3, they are headed to the national title game barring a major screwup somewhere.

When I read the introduction to your question I obviously just read Your college dark horse? Immediately I thought Michigan. A record of 7-5 last season, considered a down year. Many programs would love a 7-5 record year in and year out. I think Carr got his team into much better physical shape this year and they will not be getting tired at the end of games. Michigan should have a great year.

Sorry, but Michigan is always overrated, and Breaston is massively overhyped.

Dark horse? Try Oregon.

i would put this team into the category considering all of the off season troubles, but my pick is Oklahoma, they still have a raunchy defense, the best back in the nation and some big targets in malcom kelly, jermaine gresham and joe jon finley... i think that the sooners have just of good a chance as anyone

Michigan is okay but they have too hard of a schedule to overcome. My pick would be Florida love urban Meyer's system at Utah and would help Leak as a QB
