Hair grows quicker when it's stimulated.
stroke the stubble on your arms as ofton as possible, it will grow back quicker.
I got this advice when I shaved my head bald on a dare...it works.
Just when your rubbing your arm in public, no matter what the temperature is, just complain that it cold.
LOL
Good Luck Stubble arm

OK Here's what you do.First you need to apply a good quality hair relaxer.Put it on really heavy. Then while that is working get a couple of hot compresses. You can use a couple of wash rags for that.Make sure they are as hot as you can stand them.Next take plastic wrap. Now this is important.Starting from just above the elbow and wrap your arm making sure to over lap each wrap by at least half until you've covered the arm to the back of the hand. Secure this with a small piece of tape. You may need help with this. You can ask the friend who dared you to do this in the first place.I'm sure she'll be glad to help you with this. Now next for this to be completely effective you need to get a two inch wide ace wrap, like they use for sprained wrists and ankles.Wrap your arm over top of the plastic wrap starting from above the elbow and finishing at your hand the same way you did with the plastic wrap.Try to get the plastic wrap and the ace wrap on as quickly as possible so as to hold as much of the heat from the compresses is held in as possible.Once your fingers begin to turn a nice shade of purple stand in front of a large mirror hold your arm straight out in front of you and with all your might smack yourself in the forehead.Twice if you can.Just to make sure you get the full effect of the treatment. Now take all this junk off and don't do this again.Your hair will be fine.By the way.We all do dumb stuff once in a while. So don't worry about it.

Randomly, I had a very similiar experience years ago (no details now). Anyway, you REALLY have to just let the hair grow out. You can exfoliate your arm when you shower to try to get the hair to grow back a little faster, but the only thing that is going to help now is time. Chalk it up to a funny story years from now... just don't shave again.
If your hair is dark and the stubble is very obvious, you might consider bleaching the hair on both arms (I have used the hair bleach Jolene for this).
Good luck!

How long ago did you shave your arm?? It usually takes a while for the hair to grow back to it's natural length..
I did the same thing when I was 13, my best friend talked me into it (my mom freaked..lol), but it grew back within 3 weeks, it wasn't Any thicker or darker, so, if it has been recent, just relax and give the hair time to grow back....
I learned if you use a good lotion, like dove or lubriderm, it helps make the hair feel softer.

The stubble will eventually grow into hair-stubble is just very short hair-need to be patient and give it time to grow. Any hair you cut grows back slowly-shave your head and when it first grows back it'll be stubble. Wait-you'll have normal arm hair again-in the future I'd think dares through before doing.

We humans have multiple sets of follicles, some lie dormant while others grow. They cycle into different sets periodically. My arm often gets shaved or loses hair due to medical treatments (tape rips out hair), and it always grows back - just be patient. Shaving will cause the hair to grow back faster and thicker. If you rub your arm against the hair grain, that may also speed it up a LITTLE. Eat protein, since that's what hair is made of. I wouldn't be too worried about it, in any event.

Just like my daddy told me...never take a dare unless you are willing to live with the consequences..and the difference between a good hair cut and a bad one is about 3 weeks!!!!
Good luck ....hope it grows back soon.....give it time...this hair is a little slower in its return....rubbing of shirts on the arm slows the growth and can break off the hair too...the hair may be coarser than the original baby fine soft hair...wait or maybe shave the other one so they match????

huh.. sorry, i had to laugh cause a kid did that when i was younger too.. but her's grew back..
how long has it been?
It may have not been long enough..
the only advise I can think up is to body scrub with a somewhat rough loofah (i really like the sea sponges or the jute knitted mitts) while your arm is dry in the area you shaved.. maybe it'll help with circulation which in turn will help with the folicles of the hairs.
maybe some jojoba oil at night? to soften hairs?
I dont know.. just some suggestions on what i would do!

Don't worry, you aren't the first person to shave their arms. My daughter did when she was in junior high because she was being made fun of. First off, don't worry... it will grow back in about 3 or 4 weeks. Just go out and buy a few long sleeve t-shirts to cover them up! Keep lotion on your arms to prevent shaving bumps.

The Hair on your arms will grow back. All hair grows back. When you first start shaving your legs the same thing happens. I would not suggest you shave the hair on your arms again beacuse it will grow back darker and thicker each time you shave it
