Need to know about mark of the beast?

My childrens schools have started using fingerprinting device instead of lunch cards...our town is a very christian like town and people became very concerned with their children being marked. It even made local news. Just wondering what people think. Also it got me to thinking about the end of times too...what are your opinions...is it started now...or am I starting to worry for nothing. I'm not really worried maybe more anxious than anything. Would appreciate any comments as long as you are being serius. Thanks.

I wouldnt worry. End of times been coming. I wouldnt worry about that though although it is quite weird lol ... schools are crazy now days. They're failing to focus on what they really exist for. Who knows. Dont worry, as long as you live your life right and are smart enough to notice that s.h.i.t like that isnt normal, then you'll be okay :)

I do not believe that fingerprinting will be the mark of the beast. I believe the mark of the beast will be a visible sign taken on either the hand or the forehead. The mark will be instituted under duress; in other words, you will be forced to take the mark if you want to participate in the marketplace. Revelation tells us that no one will be able to buy or sell unless they have the mark of the beast. The world will be under a single government when the mark of the beast is implemented, and the mark will in some ways have the information of 666 integrated into it.

Now, I do believe that the world is being set up for the mark of the beast. We are moving towards a single way of performing transactions, which leads to an easier transition into a single currency which leads to an easier transition to a single government. We are gradually being lead along a path which makes us more congenial to being identified and labled, more acceptable to the idea that we have to have certain identifying information before we can do things.

Things in this world are moving forward to the time when the prophecies will be fulfilled. We need to watch and be aware, but not so much so that we resist what is most likely a harmless use of modern technology. It is hard to know sometimes what is ok and what is not. Pray and decide for yourself what is right and what is wrong. I sometimes think that if there seems to be no option, we need to be very careful.

I don't see the relevance between fingerprinting and the mark of the beast here? We are all born with fingerprints, it isn't something we would be marked with... Using fingerprints is a great identification because it is unique to each of us. The kids therefore can't lose or have their lunch cards stolen and have someone else use them.

If they were tatooing or stamping something permanent on the child, that may be cause for concern. But still not necessarily a sign of the end of times.

The Bible says (in Matthew) the end will come "like a thief in the night" in other words, unexpectedly and not something planned or foretold. I would say we must be prepared by taking care of ourselves and families spiritually. In the meantime, I like to come from a state of gratitude, and am thankful for God's gifts every day.

The biometric movement will most likely be the tool used by the "beast". Biometrics could not really be described in the early days when the Bible was written so when they said hand, they could have been forewarning of a palm print which is more reliable then a finger print. Retinal scans were described as being in the forehead and a mark that no one can see. There is nothing to stop this unless you go completely off the grid. Many in Islam are choosing this "off the grid" lifestyle as they know about the Christian prophesies and have faith that they are true as well. Satan is so insidiously clever in his design of this. You are who you are and your personal identifiers are your body parts. No mark needed, no tattoo, no chips inserted under the skin. You are your identifier and the power of computing is making all this possible.

The mark of the beast is taken in the hand or on the forehead the number "666".Many people when reading the Bible read it as if it were a dictionary that's why so often it's misinterpreted .When reading Gods word and that's what it is you have to think spiritually.The devil is more suttle than to write 666 on people that would turn even the worst around if they come up with that.So ask yourself why the hands and head.The hands are what we work with. Read Deuteronomy 4:23-29. Note verse 28 "...the work of men's hands, ..." Today more people are spending most of their time working for nothing but "wood and stone, which neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell." They have given the work of their hands over to the mark of satan. The head is what we think with. We have come to the place that Noah must have come to today. Men are thinking evil and devising evil continually. The world is full of hate, unforgiveness, and vengeance. " For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he. Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee." Many have accepted this mark already and don't even know it. By rejecting Christ and serving satan or this world they have accepted the mark. You didn't say if you were a Christian or not, but I hope you are. I will leave you with this scripture. Hosea 4:6

Second the mark my not be a mark on the body.
Third It will come from the Beast which is a world controlling body, which will have as part of it the world bank, in fact the only bank maybe the world bank.

Let me give you something simple:
There is one bank, paper money, and coin is removed, all money transactions are done electronically.
You want a job you need a bank account from the beast! You want to buy food you need a bank account from the Beast.
A bank card of some kind.
No bank card can not buy time, no bank card can't sell sweat!

But you are not forced to have a bank card! very voluntary.

And the Bank Card would be a Mark of the beast!

you already know there are such element as loonies obtainable, who think of they see and hear issues, that are no longer probable there. there are such countless people who do loopy and silly issues. Why are you blaming christians? because of the fact the Bible explains the mark of the beast? This guy of course grow to be residing in concern, in certainty HE desires JESUS! What if it have been some guy who shrink off his hand because of the fact he pronounced he observed a image of the stickmoose on it-- might this make him much less loopy? regular there is somebody obtainable who does something outrageous and it makes the headlines. i've got self belief sorry for those human beings. edit: additionally to those that are conversing approximately if this guy fairly did have the mark, do you already know this would possibly not ensue until eventually the upward thrust of the anti christ comes into capacity?

If, by "device", you mean a print-reader, then I wouldn't be concerned so much about that being a possible mark.

If, however, they are tatooing or implanting something, then I'd raise bloody heck about it.

As far as the when? Find some comfort in that we've been living in the end times since Jesus ascended.

If you want specifics, try some comentaries that offer studies on Revelation.

For us Pre-Tribbers, the mark won't begin until after we get outta here anyway.

The mark of the beast will most likely be (and I say most likely, the bible doesn't say it will be a computer chip) some kind of device in the forehead or hand (this the bible does say, the mark will be in one of these two places).

It will not come until the anti-christ takes over, don't worry about the fingerprints. It will be actually something IN the forehead or hand, like they do with animals, you know, they can put in microchips now, to locate them if they are lost? During the tribulation, without this mark no one will be able to buy or sell.

And also, anyone who takes this mark will be lost.

If you look at the Book of Revelations, it's a pretty clear allegory, explicitly attacking /Rome/. I think a lot of people today {Christians and those who profit from the notion of an Apocolypse} forget that the early Christians, people such as the disciples, felt that Christ would be returning within their lifetime or shortly after.

Revelations, Chapter 13:

"Then I saw a beast come out of the sea with ten horns and seven heads..."

A beast -- Nero.

Seven heads -- Seven hills of Rome

There's constant allusions to Rome, Roman emperors and pagan ways. Many historians believe that whichever John wrote the account was trying to stop an incorporation of pagan beliefs into Christian beliefs, as it was a high crime to worship anything other than the state gods.

In other words, I don't think any 'marks of the beast' will be coming around shortly.

I think you're starting to worry about nothing; the end of the world isn't coming yet. I believe that the prophecy in the Book of Revelations of people being marked with the mark of the beast, number 666, is actually a code or symbolic interpretation of what will ACTUALLY happen (this is the most case for the entire book of Revelations, and many other bible books; Revelations is basically one big intricate code that we decipher in our own ways). I've heard of a chip device that is implanted into certain people. This way, certain organizations may keep track of this person. I believe that this may be an interpretation of that segment of the book of Revelations. You should read the whole thing if you're really interested in the end of the world (I read it; it's like a really good fantasy novel, where Jesus is the good guy and Satan is the bad. Interpret it in your own way and tell me what you think).
