I need to know how or where to get a drug test that can prove that someone has been clean for more than 90 days

yeah hair follicle testing will go back that far. but it depends on the drugs involved as to wether its even necessary. most addicting drugs like coke and H will leave the system in a few days and if they havent used in a few days and they are still craving you will know. but if you need it for some other reason get a hair follicle test

Hair follicle test. Drugs can remain detectable in the hair for up to a year.
