I'm seeing this man right now non-exclusively. Before this (I'm talking about the same man) we have been exclusive 2 times before. I know he cares about me and he says he loves me, I also care about him a lot. I don't intend to date other people. Now that we are just dating non-exclusive now, the topic of see other people came up. He said he would appreciate it if I didn't date other people but said it'd be fine. What does he mean by telling me this? The statements are contradicting each other.

I have been under a great deal of stress from my divorce and just other circumstances and have about gained about 7to 8lbs. I am 5'41/2 and weight 147lbs and would like to at least get back to my normal weight or lose an extra five to ten pounds to weigh 130-135lbs. I try to eat 3 meals a day and have small snacks in between but for some reason I am still hungry and snack after work and after dinner. Any ideas on how to curb my snacking and be filled up on less? Also, I carry most of my weight in the stomach (which sucks), does anyone have any pointers to minimize that as well? Any advice or personal experiences would be greatlly appreciated. Thx:)

Okay here's the thing. I have a friend named Rachel and we were friends in high school. She graduated a year before me and I didnt see her for like a year b/c she went off to college. Well, not I'm in college and it turns out she transferred to where I am. ok, here's the real dilemma. I kinda like her and was thinking about asking her out, but i dont know if she has a bf or not. Oh yeah, we dont have any classes together, but she has the same class i have just right after me, so i see her every M, W and F. We always speak to one another and smile and just be friendly, but how should I go about asking her out? Please help me. Oh yeah, I dont think she knows that I kinda like her.
