hi there, i have a 5 years of management exp,, in restaurant industry ,recently i moved to london,attending few interviews,but i am not selected for the first interview,i really like the job.my problem is i am very hands on in the job,i have proved my self in every challange i got before,but when it comes to interviews i havea feeling that my way of expressing is not good enough ,so i want some notes ,about talking to people in interviews also notes about people management skills,if any of you can help me ,it will be very appriciated.thank u for ur time.

BE relaxed, calm down, and be yourself at your interviews, but at the same time be confident and have a "can do" attitude. Relate as much of the new roles and responsiblities with pervious tasks and responsiblities you have had!

it sounds like you have a lot of experience. You just have to learn to be more confident. Act friendly, prepare potential questions ahead of time. Answer them creatively showing off your expertise. For example, you could give ideas of what you would do if you managed your own restaurant, give advertising ideas. If the company can profit, they really will be interested in you!
