depends on if they've taken care of their body and appearance, are intelligent, and can take care of themselves financially. By forty they should be excellent lovers.......(hopefully!)

Yes, women find men in their early 40's attractive. It might be a turn off to someone in their like 20's. But for those of us who are over 40, we still find you attractive.

I think it has a lot do with the age of the woman. I am 31, and I don't think I could be attracted to a man that much older than me. But a woman in her 40's or older would have a different view.
