I take that you meant 'hard fall', not 'hard file'.

Yes, call your gynaecologist. He/she will verify your symptoms and decide if you have to pay him a visit. If you can't reach him by phone or are feeling uneasy, go to the hospital as soon as possible.

You should go to the hospital asap. When i was 20 weeks i fell down an escalator. I was so scared that something was going to happen to the baby. I went to the hospital and was checked out.Everything was ok. I then called my ob and went in to check to confirm.

You've got to be kidding me? Go to the damn doctor or the hospital! You are taking a big chance with the life of your child to be asking a bunch of strangers what they think you should do. When in doubt have it checked out by a professional!

Call the doctor now... He will probably have you come in to the office to check for heart tones. Good luck

You need to go because a fall like that can damage the placenta...making it tear away from the lining of the uterus.

if you are worried about it, go see a doctor. if you are really in tune with your body, you'll know if something's wrong....
you're most likely ok but if you are worried, go see someone.
