When someone "pulls" it means like getting someone to notice your or approach you. For example, if I went to a club with a short skirt on, I would more than likely "pull" a lot of guys. It's like the skirt is "pull"ing them towards me so I'm "pull"ing guys. If you're pulling guys, that means your hot usually. So her b/friend is saying that it's okay for her to "pull" other guys as long as she's coming home to him at night.

If you are at a bar and are able to get somebody to leave with you that is considered pulling. If you are driving the strip and notice a couple of girls....you get them to stop and talk, that is pulling. It;s basically hitting on someone and accomplishing the task you first set out to do.
i.e. I drove my trans am to the beech and was able to pull four girls off the boardwalk and back to my hotel

Cheers for pointing out my question. What i meant by pulling is talking to another guy and making them feel attractive towards to intentionally follow up with a sexual desire.
Its basically going out and finding a guy to either kiss or have x with.
