I've been eating really healthily this last week and ive lost 5 lbs in 8 days is this normal? Im eating all my proteins and fruit and veg and stuff but im just worried that im losing weight too fast. i dont wanna end up doing myself any harm.

What do insults prove except ignorance, bigotry, and insecurity? Why can't we just respect each other and agree to disagree? Insulting a believer of any faith isn't going to change them and neither is insulting an atheist or agnostic going to convince them of God.

My pc was slowing down, so I reformatted and reinstalled XP and the rest of my software. My problem is that I have two other hard drives, and now, although they are detected in the BIOS and show up in Device Manager, Windows XP cannot see them.
I'd like a solution that DOESN'T involve reformatting them, as they have loads of music and other data on them.
