why did my girlfriend dump me? i allways thought i was the greatest, most talented, shmartest, sexyest, most perfect person on the planit. and the best guitar player, singer and songwritter there ever was or will ever be. i want to become a famos rock shtar and conker the world! she told me i sing bad and nead to grow up and act my age (32 yrs old) and wyrk a real job. she said i have a big eggo. she also got mad cause i said i had to be the domminent one in our relashionship and make all desishons and have the final say in everthing. she also said i shouldnt buy bear and vodka for teanagers cause i will get in truble. i always thought i was supeareor to everyboddy but she says i am not. i reely love her but i dont like the wasy she sees things. am i wrong or is she?

You actually had a girlfriend? She was right about you having a big ego! and nobody should make all the decisions in a relationship! AND yes, buying alcohol for teenagers is stupid and illegal! How did she put up with your dumb a** for 2 years??! Look, I play guitar too, and would love to be a rock star myself, but I am 25 years old, and I realize that at this point in my life it probably isn't going to happen! I'm good at it myself, but there are tons out there just as good or better than me who haven't made it, so I know the odds aren't for it happening. That's why I work 40 plus hours a week in a crappy retail boutique. My dream is to be famous too, but I have to be a responsible adult as well. I'm happy just to play an open mike here and there. For me, it's not as much about the fame and the money as it is about having fun doing something I love. You do need to do some serious growing up.

Well you definitely need to act your age, if you really are 32. "shmartest" isn't even a word, neither is "shtar". I think you mean to say ego, not "eggo". Of course it's wrong to buy beer for teenagers! If you don't know that, then I think you're a lost cause & I'm wasting my time. You are the wrong one, you are NOT superior to everyone else, and you two should make decisions together!

how come in all your bragging you never mentioned her before? are you sure you're not making this up for sympathy? if this is true though, you were wrong. you are not perfect, even if you want to be a rock star you should work a real job while trying to make it and it is totally wrong to be buying vodka and beer for kids! in a real relationship no one person should always have the final say in everything. (especially someone as self centered and dumb as you)

2) She is right. It sounds to me like you think very highly of yourself, and it probably made her feel like there wasn't enough room for you, her, and your ego in your relationship. If you really love her, make her feel like she is loved! Make her feel like she is better than you are, because that's how you should feel about her.

She seems to be on target for her life. You need to set your sites for yourself. And, personally, I believe you SHOULDN'T be getting bear and vodka for teenagwers either. Let them get fake IDs like the rest of us did growing up.
