My credit score is a bit over 650 so a lot of people still dont want to loan large sums of money to me, however I have never made a single late payment on anything, I have heard trying to go thru the SBA is a real pain in the neck and doesnt usually yield results hoped for, is there any other way, time efficient, low cost, any place I can go to to apply for a grant if such thing exists or a low int. rate loan to buy some eye sore properties around town and fix them up for fair housing, I am trying my hand at real estate and fixing up properties, have done 3 houses so far and yet it is still hard to get the money, can anyone point me in a better way than the one I am currently taking? I have heard the SBA is really giving out loans for this sort of thing, any intelligent answers will be appreciated.

Ok suppose God looks down at Earth and says "WOW there are WAY too many people down there.. I am gonna make some of them sterile..." and those people go to fertility doctors and get stuff done so they can have kids.. do you suppose those people are going to hell?? and condemming their kids as well??

I wrote this and I'm sending it to the Insurgents in Iraq. "Hello Insurgents, I want to say how sorry I am that we invaded your country. As you know by now 63% of the American people do not support the war so I would say we will cut and run in about three years. It took us 10 years to cut and run from Vietnam but I hope we wise up fast this time around. We, the American people, know you have the right to defend Iraq and let me tell you this. You are doing a very good job on your part. As you know about this type of war all you have to do is wear the USA down and we will run like a scared dog after about 3 more years. We don't have a heart for a long drawn out war. But don't worry. After you whip us we will get along with you. We are now friends with Vietnam and they killed 56,876 of us. I need 2 different types of interior door. French doors for my bedroom because the doorway is oversized and of an odd size, so nothing else will really fit there, and 2 sets of closet doors- 1 for the closet in the bedroom and 1 for the closet in the living room. The closet in the bedroom will more likely then not have to use the closet doors that run on a track- the ones with the slats in them. I think they are called bifold doors. The closet in the living room will probably have to use this type of door as well, it's another one of those oversized/oddly sized doorways. All the major stores (home depot, lowes, etc.) seem to be asking hundred of dollars for even the most basic door, and I haven't been able to track down bifold closet doors at all so far, though I admit I haven’t been looking long. Any suggestions on where to go to get reasonably priced doors of these types in Brooklyn NY or somewhere close by? Thanks!

Me and my hubby have made a few plans to watch Superman Returns but none of them had gone through, something else kept coming up. Well this weekend, we were seriously thinking of going, but now my husband all of a sudden got sick with a sore throat. I know him getting sick was not in his control, but I can't help but feel upset about it because every time we kept getting serious, something just had to happen. Why do I feel this way? I love my hubby and don't want to force him to go if he's not well, he should rest. I just feel like I'm a kid again, when none of the things I want are happening.

My hubby has his 'football' room - it's decorated after his team the Jacksonville Jaguars. The walls are teal, the trim is white, the accessories are gold, furniture is black leather - the problem is the floor!!! Right now it's black painted concrete which I am sick and tired of trying to keep clean!!!
Does anyone have any suggestions for floor alternatives? He wants to remain black - but if you have a better idea I want to hear it. Also cost is not relevant so any and all ideas please and thank you!
