They are in serious denial and think that by running others down, it makes them look straight....very sad...J.Edgar Hoover was just such a person, controlled the FBI for decades, was a homosexual homophobe, and a cross dresser to boot. Seems the most homophobic people are the deepest in the closet. They live a life torn apart by their stupidity. I know of NO happy homophobes. Good luck

Yes, I know plenty of people who in the past have been so against homosexuality, and have said gay people are wrong and all kinds of other hatred nonsense, and then came out a few years later. Mainly I knew a lot of guys like this in high school

Many people think that if they appear to be vehemently anti-gay, then people will think they are straight. Some have been so screwed up by society they cannot consciously accept their gayness so they lash out at everyone who can accept this. What they don't realize is that people who are accepting of their sexuality (straight people included) usually don't care about the sexuality of others.

even if i'm neither gay nor anti-gay I nonetheless evaluate it (homosexuality) a sin against God and against nature and chosen by the guy as a decision.No i'm no longer politically marvelous,and that i'm hoping to hell I never develop into it the two.lots of the queens are the two in hollywood or someplace else justifying their perversions as being "time-honored" or in case you dare to criticise then call calling and mendacity like the observe "homophobic".All that being pronounced i does no longer be completely taken aback that some closet queer who does not like being that way must be "anti-gay".
