make a plan before sitting for studies.
Select comfortable place , position ,posture and light angle.
start with most favourite subject.
Make a small target achieve it and give your self some reward of it. Then start onwards and so on.
Practice concentration excercises like blow a candle and start staring within flame and try to count the colours you find here etc.
Gradually you will improve your attention deficiency.

yeh i have the same problem.
just plan 1/2 study sessions and then have a break.
its better to get a bit done then none i spose.
yeh and make yourself a deal like, if i do the 1/2 hr then i can go out tonight and not feel guilty.

No one can help you. Unless YOU help yourself.
1. plan and think and think (may be 1000s times) your future target/ambition,
2. Always think that you want and can contribute something for the world
3Dont be liabillity to your parents, contry and world

YOU CAN DO IT. GOOD LUCK

Try Ritalin. Sounds to me like you've got undiagnosed ADHD.

You need to commit yourself and focus on the project. It happens to me but I get over it.
