make a plan before sitting for studies.
Select comfortable place , position ,posture and light angle.
start with most favourite subject.
Make a small target achieve it and give your self some reward of it. Then start onwards and so on.
Practice concentration excercises like blow a candle and start staring within flame and try to count the colours you find here etc.
Gradually you will improve your attention deficiency.

yeh i have the same problem.
just plan 1/2 study sessions and then have a break.
its better to get a bit done then none i spose.
yeh and make yourself a deal like, if i do the 1/2 hr then i can go out tonight and not feel guilty.
