Before children, it was The Sunday Times. On occasion, we would buy a salacious newspaper aswell, for the gossip. These days, Sunday newspapers are a rare treat. But I would still go for the Sunday Times, even though it irritates me with its arrogance.

I read The News Of The World and The People newspapers. I used to go out and buy them every Sunday, but now I just read them online.

I read the Fort Wayne, Indiana (USA) Journal-Gazette. Not much substance, but once you throw out all the damn advertising supplements, there's even less!
In fact, I specifically make it a point NOT to patronize any store that wastes trees printing advertising supplements, just as I specifically make it a point NOT to patronize any store or business that interrupts my TV programs with their inane commercials. Yes, I buy a lot of 'private label' and 'generic' brands; it's priced less because they don't have huge advertising costs that have to passed on to their customers.

I buy the News Of The World, just because that's what my family gets and I just read it at night when I have nothing else to do. It does have some interesting stories in it though.
