For example, the word "discover" would qualify in my book because it contains two separate words that are unrelated to the main word in that neither "disc" nor "over" have anything to do with "discover" (though, technically, "dis" - and not "disc" - is the prefix in the word "discover" - but let's not overcomplicate this game of mine).

Can anyone think of any others? And is there a special name for such a word?

i believe the cops should shoot to kill if a person points a firearm at them. The person who has the lame *** opinion of a drunk person or a kid pointing a firearm by mistake should be shot just for bein a dumbass. If you own a firearm, be responsible. We cant afford to lose good cops because some liberal idiot doesnt want his drunk child or drugged up buddy to be shot because he thought it was funny to point a weapon at a police officer. If you clear leather, use it or face the consequenses.

My 11 year old son seems to think what I tell him is an absolute joke.. Yesterday he got in trouble at school because the teacher asked him to do something and he gave her a nasty attitude. He is more concerned about his friends and involving himself with the drama and also bullying other kids then turning around and saying they started. When I give him a punishment he cries like a baby as if Im not suppose to punish him, he doesnt seem to understand when you do something wrong there are consequences that have to be paid, he thinks that shouldnt exist. I dont know what to do any more and the sad part is he is an honor roll student but hes more concerned in disrespecting his teachers being all up in everyones business and picking on kids and lying about it. What can I do to get it through to him that it has to stop and it actually stop, I feel like a broken record, Parents give me some input.

I feel like am a bad person because I hurt my boyfriends feelings and sometimes it doesn't hurt me.like for example, only example.. he has this hat and du-rag that he wears and I know that he feels confident when he wears it because i conveince him to start wearing hats and I told him he look really good which I do mean. I started getting what I thought were pregnancy symptoms at about 5 weeks, including mildly sore breasts and bloating. Now that I've hit 6 weeks, my symptoms seem to have disappeared and I feel fine (i.e. not pregnant!). They've been gone for 2 days now and I'm terrified I'm going to lose this pregnancy. Can symptoms come and go in a totally normal pregnancy?

can anyone help me out here got a letter of my docter saying i need to go and have a smear test which i know i am due one i have not long had a baby and the last test i had was 17.11.2004 now they said i need to go in this time cos it is importnant cos my last one came back as if i had an infection thats what they told me what am i am asking is if it was that bad they would have had me in sooner am i right can anyone help cos all i am thinking of is cancer now i feel ok not lost anyweight but my head is in alsorts can anyone help me put my mind at rest
