Someone is my family, lets call then "SAM" has been struggling with a crack problem for a year and we think it is over, but the crack dealer has been calling "SAM". "SAM" says they do that to try to get you back on it. If have the crack dealers number, do you think if I turned it into the police they would arrest him or even look into it?

My guess is that it is the bonds between atoms in chemical compounds which vibrate and then these vibrating bonds then cause the whole molecule to vibrate, perhaps in complex ways if there are many inter-atomic bonds. Hence Brownian motion. But does this mean that the atoms in an inert noble gas do not vibrate? Does this difference exist and, if so, what consequences are there at the macroscopic level? Or have I got it all wrong? If so, then please give me the full story.

My house just got teepeed last night. The second time in less than a week and the 20 somethingth time in 4 years. I got a glimpse of the teepeers last night and they left their packaging behind. I plan on using the packaging to find them.
I want to press charges. My question is, what can they be charged with and what kind of a punishment will they receive?
They threw a total of 24 rolls of toliet paper all over my trees and all over my front lawn. They ran and got into their cars after they saw me looking out the window at them.

About a month ago I started having RLS (restless leg syndrom) I think. I had to stretch, pop my legs all the time. About two weeks ago I started having pain in my muscle. My leg became very tender even to a soft touch. I can not locate any unusual growth in my lower leg, but is very tender.
I would appreciate any response or link.

I know people who are VERY religious who always treat their families better than they treat strangers....because their families are their 'flesh and blood'. Isn't that just another way of saying that their kin carry their genes???

These people also admit that things like hair color, diseases, personality types, etc run in families. Why would God lump stuff like this in families and not spread it around evenly???
