This is math. If there are 7.5 gallons for every cubic foot, then you have to look at your 83,000 gallons. Okay. For each set of 7.5 of those, there's 1 cubic foot. How many sets of 7.5 gallons = 83,000. Hint: you can use division! Happy trails on your way to mathematical self-sufficiency.

that would be simple arithmetic which you could do if you would stop to think a moment

83000 gallons/7.5 gallons/cubic foot = 11,067 cubic feet
