Someone is my family, lets call then "SAM" has been struggling with a crack problem for a year and we think it is over, but the crack dealer has been calling "SAM". "SAM" says they do that to try to get you back on it. If have the crack dealers number, do you think if I turned it into the police they would arrest him or even look into it?

Usually the dealer doesnt come to the person.. Its the other way around. Im sure theres more than enough crack heads out there to keep business thriving without "sam."
Maybe "sam" hasnt cut ties or owes this person money.
I hope Sam is staying clean and telling the truth about this.

Call the cops and turn the dealer in.
