ah, a wonderful question to ask; however the fact of the matter is, it will be impossible for everyone in the world to have peace. War is driven by need for power and money and since EVERY country in the world wouldn't love to have this, there will never be world peace. However, I do find the concept of world peace beautiful and great; however I am realistic and know that will never be. For example, lets say the US starts the Peace trend...being one of, if not the, most powerful nations in the world, other countries will see us prime for "capture." By claiming peace in this country we might be creating another world war! It is basically a cause and effect outlook on war and peace and because every country will never surrender to peace, we will always have war. Thanks for the good question and God Bless.

I think that powerful people surround themselves with followers who support their ideas no matter how wrong they are. They get so full of power that they distort reality and then become very unreasonable. Therefore, the only way unreasonable people can solve their problems is to fight it out. It' s power that corrupts people... some who might have started with the best of intentions. And it really only takes one side to become unreasonable for a war to start because it takes two to have a conversation.
I understand this because I have a mini war within my family. They robbed me of my inheritance and are verbally abusive to me and my family because I married a black man. Now, this is racism, out right. I can live with it because I do not have to live in the same place with them but I can imagine if we had to occupy the same house or something, of course there would be war.
The problem in the "Middle East" is that everyone wants to own it. It is the seat of most major religions and also rich with oil.

People don't have wars.

Governments have wars.

It's not me and you that want war. Hell there is no doubt in my mind that the majority of the world doesn't want war.

I bet the majority of every country in the world doesn't want to take up arms against anyone else.

What does this say to you? I'm telling you, the conspiracy theories make more sense than the official stories.

it's been a while since a war actually served its purpose without seeming gratuitous.

This is a question people will be debating until the end of the world unfortunately. Sad but true.

It is said that without war, we could have no peace.
Personally, I think that debates would be better.

Because then they would have to find some new fangled bunch of crap to cram down everyone elses throat. They just go with what is the oldest and the most familiar.

Human beings are tribal and like pack dogs by nature. Unfortunately for those of us who have evolved but still have to live with the rest of you... You're so needy!

Because parents teach their children to hate. If parents would teach children morality, responsibility and love then we will have peace.

It takes a village to raise a child but it only takes a few hate mongers to destroy it.
