We have an HP260 color copier in our office (circa '99 or so). It just died last week and I need to find a replacement. This copier stays in another room (where our regular copy machine is) and is not connected to my computer or networked. We use this machine for copying photos/enlargements and copying color pages. I have been looking at the Canon PIXMA MP800, MP830 and MP950 as replacements but none of these machines mention working without being connected to a PC? Can anyone tell me if they will work as a replacement? Or maybe have another replacement suggestion?? Thanks in advance.

Hair that grows on the chest, legs etc only grows to a certain length so when it is shaved or cut how does the body know this has happened and thus grows back again to the same length given that the hair is dead when it is outside the body.

Would it be the price of gas rising to US30 / gal. or the exposure of the truth in evolution and the Christian hoax? Would it be the revalation that humans can use their brain to change thought and behaviour for good? Would it be the exposure of the dangerous Cult Alcoholics Anonymous ( the realization that a brain can be used in a positive way would be too much for them......mass suicide!)? Heres and experiment, you get 3 cans of beer, three containers, in the first container you put plain cold water, in the second container you put cold water and some ice, in the third container you will place water ice and some salt (as to make the solution salty). Now placing the cans of beer one in each container and leaving it for 15 minutes. Taking out the beer from each container and testing the temperature of each beer. Why is it that the can of beer in the salty water and ice was the coldest?
As in is there a reaction between the ice and salt water that cools the beer the most? or what?

My ex and I broke up last summer after three months, said he wasnt ready for committment. He has been in touch once a week or so via text, last Monday he text to say "was in the local nightclub Sunday night and was hoping to bump into ya" he seems to be txting a little more of late.I really am comfused think i still have feelings for him, i never see him, only once or twice since we broke up. When he heard i was dating a guy out near him he was texting again and saying "im on a stag and its full of ladies at this venue but all i can think of you" this morning he text me at 7am on his way to work , is he interested or just messing with my head?
