It came from Elizabeth, Lizzy and then stated to call children called lizzy lizzytish

I've never heard the nickname "Lizzytish." As pointed out above, "Liz" or "Lizzy" is a common nickname for one named Elizabeth.

On the other hand, Ford's Model T was referred to as a "tin Lizzy", so this may be a root in some way.
