I took a home pregnancy test this morning it was negative. It is the day of my missed period. Should I give up hope and just wait for a period or do you think that I may get a positive test later this week.

Give it some time when I thought I was pregnant I took a test it said no then the next week it said yes.

If you ovulated late, or implanted late you could still be pregnant and not producing enough HCG to show up on a pregnancy test. Don't give up hope yet girl! It's not over until the ugly red headed woman sings. I'd say wait two days and test with first morning urine if she hasn't visited. Best of luck to you!

the longer u wait be more hormone is in ur pee so i would wait a week i did 2 test on the day of my missed period and one was neg and the other was pos and i was pregnant

You may get one later this week........say maybe the 6 or 7th day after you missed period, if you still havent started, I would go see a doctor.

Never give up hope! It may take a while, but youll be ok. I got a false read on my first test. Good luck!

you will need to wait another week it could be pregnancy or it could be that your cycle is changing or even stress messing with your cycle
