I think she definitely is stoned... no real question about that in my mind. As for what effect this has on my opinion of her, it wasn't really all that high to begin with, so this doesn't affect things much. some of her songs are still kind of catchy, but nothing great. for me, the personal lives of the people who create things doesn't affect my perception of them.

when i saw it, that is the first thing that came to my mind: she must be high. she was burping and talking nonsense. i hope she doesn't act that way unless she is high.
