I have decided that a career for myself is where I want to go now. My job laid off the entire staff with 4 days notice and I figure now is the time to follow my dream of working for myself. I think that Real Estate will allow me the flexability to be a mom and work and make my own schedule. Did anyone become or know anyone who has become an agent recently; and know the pro's and con's?

i have been having problems getting a agp card to work,i am fairly good with computers and understand all device management,and drivers,ect
i have quite a old motherboard(sis730),which i used to build a p.c from different parts,,,,sis730 mobo(socket A) , 120 gb hdd , amd athlon 1.8ghz processor , ati radeon 9250 pci-bus 128mb card 512 sd ram
i have managed to locate all the drivers i need network driver,sound driver,ide driver. and also the agp driver
now my question is do you need a agp driver to use a agp card,and if so how do you install your card with this driver
do you install the driver first and then the card,or vice versa
the agp driver i have found has no name on it,it just says "sis agp driver whql"
any ideas

I'm moving into a place of my own soon, and I feel it would be best to have some method of self defense. I feel I am responsible enough for a gun, and certainly physically strong enough to handle most anything. I do, however, want something on the medium to small scale because I also intend on getting a concealed gun permit. Any suggestions?
