There's a wide variety of ways to download movies... BitTorrent, Peer-to-Peer, and my personal favorite, Usenet Newsgroups.
The first two can be slow and unreliable, and the latter is always good.
Once you have the movie downloaded, you have to find an application to burn it for you. Probably the most versatile application is Nero Ultra, as it can burn Images (ISO), DVD Files (VOB, BUP) and Media files (AVI, MPG, WMV) for you... and all without too much hassle.
