I have three children. My girls are 9 and 5. My son is 3. I use to say I had good children, til my son was born. He is into everything...we have had to put locks on the fridge, the pantry, his sisters rooms.....everything. I tried spanking him once, he laughed. He sits in time out, gets out and does something else....nothing seems to phase him at all. He is not spoiled and is not allowed to do whatever he wants. I just have no idea what else to do. He has been sent to bed right after dinner, spent a ton of time in his room with no toys or tv...NOTHING BOTHERS HIM!!!!!

I was kind of wondering because I've been in situation where I'm seeing one unattractive girl after another, and then I'll see one and go "Hey, she's not bad.." and pretty soon it might be "Hmmm, yeah she's even kind of hot."

If I saw that girl in a different situation though, would I still think that or does the environment shape the opinion of people?

Why don't we change our educational system so that every child will be fluent in at least two languages - English and Spanish in the U.S. and Mexico, English and French in Canada. Make it mandatory and give it a generation and we'll all get along much better. I'm not talking about 3 hours of Spanish a week, but a full-blown 1/2 and 1/2 immersion, Biology in English, Chemistry in Spanish, History in Spanish, Geography in English. Switch every year....

I listen to a radio program where they give money advise. at the end of this program the y say that you should see a professional and that the station will not take any responsibility for anything said. is it just me or does this warning translate. the person you just listen to doesn't know what there talking about and has just made you stupider and we take no responsibility but to tell you to see a professional. doesn't it.

we have been married for 2 months and i just realized he is ocpd.......obsessive,compulsive,personality disorder........he's driving me nuts!!!!!!i love him with all my heart.......but the scheduals and perfection and lists and organizing everthing is taking over our marrage.......i have talk to him about it but he doesn't feel he needs help..........what do yall think? anything he does is color cordinated,alphabetical order measured or drawn out to a tee............i like to be neat and tidy too, but this is crazzzzzzzzzzzzy...........advice

I have my ears double pierced, but the second holes hurt me to put in earrings because they're closed up. But when I manage to stab an earring through(yes, literally stabbing them through), the holes reclose the day after I take them out. I want to get them re-pierced, will it hurt a lot, or just how it did the first time they were pierced?

They're horrible! You can drive clear across the state in 2-3 hours and pay $10 in tolls. There are other states without ANY tollways AND those states have better roads. What gives? How can you put up with it...?
