chances are you are saying this to someone you know, so it wouldnt be EUREN , which is formal.

the correct translation would be:

ICH BIN IN DEINEM HERZEN.

however if you want to ask that as a question like "am i in ur heart?' it would be

BIN ICH IN DEINEM HERZEN?

Lang lebend der dritt reich BY THE WAY (Ich bin eure Herzen.) is informal and should not be use it is only used in the imperfectd tense( its also considered SLANG when used twards a educated man)

ok, for a person you don't know well or which is like older than you, you say "ich bin in ihrem herz" (you know the different you's we have here)...for a person you know well, its like "ich bin in deinem herz".
