I like big arms. Toned abs are a good to look at but I'd rather have arms, that I know can catch me when I fall or pick me up when I'm down. Hoped that helped.

Personally for myself it takes more then just some toned ab or biceps. Along with a great personality I would have to say the biceps.......

why can't you have both? you'd look kind of stupid to have a nice stomach and flabby arms.
